By proceeding with payment and placing an order with Amber and Wild Studios, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which form part of your Purchase Agreement with Amber and Wild Studios.

Booking & Deposit

  • Bookings are not finalised until the first deposit payment has been received.

  • If the deposit is not paid within 7 days of the deposit invoice being issued, the requested date will be released and may be booked by another client.

  • Your date is secured only once the deposit has been paid.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, except where expressly stated otherwise in these Terms & Conditions.

Delivery of Flowers to the Studio

  • The client is solely responsible for the shipping or delivery of flowers to Amber and Wild Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All costs associated with shipping or delivery are the responsibility of the client.

  • Amber and Wild Studios is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage to flowers that occurs prior to delivery to the studio.

  • The client waives any right or remedy against Amber and Wild Studios for flowers that are lost, delayed, or damaged before delivery to the studio.

  • Clients must include a waterproof note with their flower delivery clearly stating their full name (as provided at booking) and order number. If flowers arrive without sufficient identifying information, Amber and Wild Studios may be unable to match them to an order, and the flowers may be discarded.

Flower Condition & Timeframes

  • Flowers must arrive at Amber and Wild Studios within a maximum of 3 days following the event date. Ensuring timely delivery is the client’s responsibility.

  • If flowers are not received within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled and the deposit will remain non-refundable to cover materials and preparation costs.

  • If flowers arrive within the required timeframe but are deemed unworkable (including but not limited to mould, pests, or severe damage), the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued for amounts paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit, unless otherwise stated.

Use of Flowers & Materials

  • Not all flowers provided will be used due to flower thickness, condition, or space limitations within the frame.

  • Any unused or spare pressed flowers will be discarded unless prior written arrangements have been made for their return.

  • Additional materials (such as ribbons or keepsakes) may be included only if agreed upon in advance and delivered with the flowers. Amber and Wild Studios reserves the right to exclude additional materials if their condition is unsuitable.

  • Florist wires, adhesive picks, or similar mechanics may render flowers unworkable.

Design Process & Creative Discretion

  • Amber and Wild Studios will contact the client up to two times after flowers are removed from the press to provide design drafts.

  • If no response is received within 7 days following the second contact attempt, the client grants Amber and Wild Studios full creative discretion to complete the design in accordance with any previously shared preferences.

  • Amber and Wild Studios reserves the right to seal and safely package the artwork within 7 days of the second request for design approval.

Payments & Completion

  • Flowers will not be designed or framed until the final invoice has been paid in full.

  • The final invoice will be issued once flowers come out of the press, which may be approximately 6–8 weeks after delivery.

  • If the final invoice remains unpaid, pressed flowers will be retained for up to 6 months, after which they may be discarded.

Framing & Final Artwork

  • Once the frame is sealed, no further changes can be made, including frame colour or materials.

  • Changes requested by the client (such as frame size or style) may alter the originally quoted price.

  • If the selected frame is deemed unsuitable for the flowers provided, Amber and Wild Studios may design the piece in a more appropriate frame size. Any price difference will be refunded, and client approval will be sought.

Shipping of Final Artwork

  • Quoted prices do not include postage and packaging. Shipping fees will be charged separately if delivery is requested.

  • Clients are responsible for providing an accurate and current shipping address.

  • A signature will be required upon delivery unless the client requests removal of this requirement in writing prior to shipment.

  • Once shipped, delivery details, address changes, or signature requirements cannot be altered.

  • All shipments are insured for the purchase value only. Sentimental or replacement value is not covered.

  • If the final artwork arrives damaged, the client must notify Amber and Wild Studios in writing within 14 days of receipt, providing clear photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging. Failure to notify within this timeframe may affect the ability to make a courier insurance claim.

·       Where damage occurs during transit, Amber and Wild Studios will assess the issue and, where reasonably possible, offer repair of the artwork. Repair, replacement, or refund will be provided in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

·       Any remedy offered will be limited to the cost of repair, replacement, or a refund up to the total amount paid by the client, and may be funded using proceeds from the courier’s insurance claim.

  • Amber and Wild Studios is not liable for loss or damage caused by third-party carriers during shipment. Where shipment is insured, Amber and Wild Studios may assist with lodging an insurance claim with the courier. Any compensation or remedy is limited to the amount recovered from the courier or the amount paid by the client, whichever is less.

Turnaround Times & Natural Variations

  • Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary due to seasonal demand, workload, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Flowers naturally fade, change colour, or alter in appearance during pressing and over time. White flowers are particularly prone to browning or yellowing.

  • Pressed flowers are preserved naturally and sustainably and may continue to dull with age. Longevity can be improved by displaying artwork away from direct sunlight and high-humidity areas.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Amber and Wild Studios’ liability for any loss or damage is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the order.

  • Amber and Wild Studios is not responsible for the sentimental, original, or replacement value of flowers, nor for any indirect or incidental losses.

Force Majeure

  • Amber and Wild Studios shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, postal delays, supply shortages, or acts of government.

By proceeding with payment and placing an order with Amber and Wild Studios, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
